Do I need a care plan if my website is new?
Yes. Updates and security threats start from launch day. A care plan keeps a new website performing the way it did when it launched.
Can you look after a website you didn't build?
Yes. We start with a quick review to check its health and platform, fix anything urgent, then take it on.
Do you look after Shopify stores?
Yes. Shopify handles its own servers and platform updates, so our Shopify care focuses on your theme and apps, speed, content changes and conversion improvements.
What counts as a content change?
Small updates like changing text, swapping images, adding a team member or updating prices. Larger jobs, like new pages or features, are quoted separately.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Plans run month to month, and you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. You can also move up or down a plan whenever your needs change.
Is hosting included?
No. Your website stays with your current hosting provider and we work with them. If your hosting is slowing your site down or holding it back, we'll tell you and help you move.
How much does a website care plan cost?
