SIRMIXALOT?
SirMixalot is one of South East Queensland's most in-demand mobile bar hire services. Since launching in 2021, they've served 1,000+ events, from intimate weddings and hens nights to large-scale corporate functions, all with a reputation for premium cocktails and unforgettable experiences.
With over 400 five-star reviews and a growing brand presence, they needed a website that truly matched the quality of the service they'd worked hard to build.

TO CHANGE?
Outdated Design
The existing site didn't reflect the premium, fun brand that SirMixalot had built through years of word-of-mouth and five-star reviews.
Poor Conversion Rate
Traffic was coming in but enquiries weren't matching. Visitors had no clear path to get a quote or understand which package suited them.
Slow Load Speed
Heavy, unoptimised images and bloated code were hurting both user experience and Google rankings — especially on mobile.
No SEO Foundation
Despite being one of the best operators in the market, SirMixalot was barely visible in local search results for high-intent keywords.

Discovery & Strategy
We started with a deep-dive discovery session to understand SirMixalot's brand, their customers, and what was holding the old site back. Rather than jumping straight into design, we mapped out the full user journey and identified the pages and CTAs that would drive the most enquiries.
Brand-Led Design
The new design was built around SirMixalot's personality - bold, premium, and fun. We worked closely with the team through multiple design rounds to make sure every section felt on-brand and compelling, not just visually clean.
Development & Optimisation
Once designs were signed off, we built the site with performance at the core. Images were compressed and lazy-loaded, code was kept lean, and we configured caching to bring load times under 2 seconds — down from over 6 on the old site.
Local SEO Foundation
Every page was structured with local SEO in mind from day one, location-based keywords, schema markup, and properly crafted meta data, so SirMixalot could start ranking for the searches that actually bring in bookings.
